Standing thoracic extension stretch BA (Thoracic extension stretch, with shoulder horizontal abduction, buoyancy assisted, back to pool wall)

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your back to the wall.
Hold onto the rail with both of your hands.
Keep your feet close to the base of the wall.
Allow your body to drop forwards and look up towards the ceiling.
Hold this stretch.
