Standing thoracic extension with shoulder horizontal extension BC (Thoracic extension stretch, with shoulder horizontal abduction, buoyancy counterbalanced, standing)

Stand up straight with the water at shoulder depth and your arms on the surface of the water in front of you.
Hold a dumbbell float in each hand.
Move your arms out to the side in opposite directions keeping them on the surface of the water.
Push your chest forwards and look up towards the ceiling.
Return to the start position.
