Standing tib ant stretch (Tibialis anterior stretch, pointing toes, standing legs crossed)

Stand holding a supporting surface, and cross your symptomatic leg over the other, pointing your toes.
Bend your back leg, pushing into your front leg to increase the stretch down the front of the shin.
Hold this pressure.
