Standing tibialis anterior stretch

Stand upright facing a wall with your feet hip width apart.
Lift one foot off the floor and bend your knee.
Place the top of your foot on the floor, so the sole of your foot is facing the ceiling.
You should feel a stretch along the front of your shin.
Bend your knee slightly to increase the stretch.
Hold for the required amount of time and then return to the starting position.
