Standing to Half-kneeling with Dorsiflexion
Start in a standing position with hands on your hips.
Shift your weight onto one leg and move the other leg backwards with the ankle bent and toes on the floor. Move into a half-kneeling position in a controlled manner. During the movement, keep the knees and toes in line. The back leg helps to maintain your balance.
