Standing trunk flexion, foot on chair ("Spinal roll down" Cervical/trunk extensors stretch, standing foot on chair)
Stand up straight facing a chair.
Place one foot on the chair, and then bend over your front knee, stretching your back.
Allow your arms to relax down either side of your knee.
Hold this position.
You may wish to use your arms to help you to return to the starting position.
Move at a steady speed to keep your balance.
