Standing trunk flexion (one leg on chair) (Hip adductors stretch, foot on chair, single leg stance)

Stand up straight facing a chair or surface of similar height.
Place the foot on the same side to be stretched onto the chair.
Ensure the whole foot is securely on the chair.
Look down at the floor between your feet and reach both arms down towards your stance foot.
Ensure your body and hips remain square with the chair.
Do not allow them to rotate.
Your arms should slide down the front of your leg, keeping the arm on the same side as the elevated leg in contact with your inner thigh.
The elevated leg should remain forwards so make sure it does not drop out to the side as you lean down.
Repeat this movement.
