Standing trunk rotation, hips blocked

Stand up straight directly in front of the back of a chair with your feet hip width apart.
Cross your arms in front of your chest.
Rotate your trunk to one side, allowing your your head and shoulders to rotate in the same direction.
Do not let your hips rotate, the chair should help stop them from twisting.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position.
