Standing unilateral shoulder horizontal flexion/extension BC (Shoulder horizontal abduction/adduction buoyancy counterbalanced (unilateral), with dumbbell float, standing)

Stand up straight with a wall closest to your good side and with the water at shoulder depth.
Hold onto the wall with your nearest hand, and hold a dumbbell float in your other hand, resting your arm on the surface of the water in front of you.
Keeping the float on the water surface, slowly move your arm out to your side, then back to the starting position.
