Static Lunge Rotation (Medicine Ball) (JEMS)

Start: Hold a ball at waist height. Step forward with one foot and lift your back heel off the floor. Bend a little at hips and knees.
Movement: With your knees and hips facing forward, lower your body towards the floor while turning your upper body to the side of the forward leg. As you press back up, bring the ball back to the centre.
