Step lunge, jump lunge (Lunge, forward, with scissor jump (alternate))
Stand up straight with a clear space ahead of you.
Step forward on one leg and drop down into a lunge.
Jump up into the air and switch legs to land in the opposite lunge.
Continue, stepping forward into a lunge, jumping and switching legs to land in the opposite lunge.
Activate your core throughout this exercise to help with your balance.
