Step up and step down - version 2

Stand up straight with a step in front of you.
Lift one of your legs up and place the foot on the step.
Step up on the step by bringing up the remaining leg from the ground.
Step down with the same leg you stepped up first.
Bring the remaining leg down from the step.
Turn around and return to the starting position.
Repeat the movement with the opposite leg.
