Step ups with knee drive - with barbell

Stand tall behind a step holding a weighted barbell across your upper back.
One leg is lifted with the foot on the step.
Step up on the step, straighten the hip and lift the other knee high.
In a controlled manner step back down to the starting position keeping one foot on the step.
