Stepping forwards over ladder (Ladder stepping, forward, each square - facing down ladder)
Lie a drill ladder on the ground.
During this exercise you will put both feet in each square.
Step one foot in the first square of the ladder.
Bring the next foot in to join it.
Continue this movement until you reach the end.
Turn around and go back the other way, making sure you change the leg you are leading with.
