Stepping over hurdles ("High knees" Stepping over leading same leg, hurdles in a row; 01)
Place some hurdles in a line near a wall if you feel you will need some support.
Start at one end of the hurdles and step over the hurdle with one foot then the other.
Continue repeating this motion until you reach the other end.
Return to the starting position and repeat, making sure you lead with the other leg if you are able to.
