Stepping target practice for ataxia, in sitting (Coordination, stepping, touching markers, sitting)

Sit up straight and place different coloured markers on the floor in front of your chair.
Sit forwards, towards the edge of the chair.
With one foot, try and step on to a marker as accurately as possible.
Step back to the starting position and perform the movement again.
As this gets easier to do, increase the speed in which you complete this exercise.
