Stepping target practice for ataxia, in standing (Coordination, stepping, touching markers, standing)
Stand up straight and place different coloured markers on the floor in front of you.
With one foot, try and step on to a marker as accurately as possible.
Step back so that you can start again.
Over time, build up the speed in which you complete this exercise.
