Stepping target practice for ataxia, in standing - supported (Coordination, stepping, touching markers, standing beside chair)
Stand up straight and place different coloured markers on the floor in front of you.
You may wish to stand close to a sturdy object to hold on to for stability.
With one foot, try and step on to a marker as accurately as possible.
Step back so you can start again.
Over time, build up the speed in which you complete this exercise.
