Straight-arm side plank with resistance band perturbation

You need a partner for this exercise.
Lie on your side and support your upper body on your hand.
Lift your hips up so that your body is in a straight line supported on your hand and feet.
Start with your uppermost arm towards the ceiling holding one end of a resistance band.
Your partner should hold the other end of the band.
Try and maintain this position whilst your partner pulls on the resistance band in all directions.
