Straight leg bridge and leg Lifts with Exercise Ball

Lie on your back with your legs straight and feet/lower legs supported on an exercise ball.

Squeeze your buttocks and lift your pelvis. Balance and lift one leg, hold. In a controlled manner lower the leg and return to the starting position.

Note:
· Keep your pelvis level.
· Do not let your knees overextend.
