Straight leg bridge with legs elevated - Version 6

Lie on your back with legs straight with soft knees, heels placed on an exercise ball.
Squeeze your buttocks, keeping your legs straight and lift your pelvis.
Avoid arching your lower back.
Hold for required amount of time then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
