Straight leg raise with band assist
Lie on your back with one leg bent and the other straight out in front of you.
Place a resistance band under the foot of the straight leg and hold each end firmly in your hands.
Bend your elbows to put tension on the band. Using the band to help keep your leg straight raise your leg up into the air.
In a controlled manner return to start position.
Required equipment: Mat, Resistance band
