Sumo half squat

Sumo half squat

Start in standing. Find pelvic neutral by tucking your tailbone underneath you slightly.

Rotate your knee slightly outwards as you begin to bend at the knee, keeping your torso upright as you lower yourself down. Your knees will be pointing out at around 45 degrees.

Hold for the prescribed amount of time at the bottom of the half squat, then stand up slowly.
