Start on your hands and knees.
Make sure your hips are over your knees and your shoulders and over your wrists.
Take one arm out in front of you.
Then, try to take your opposite leg straight out behind you.
Return your arm and leg back to the start position.
Try it with the opposite arm and leg.
Aim to keep your body as still as a table.
