Superman Full Stretch (JEMS)

Start: Place hands directly under shoulders, and knees directly under hips. Press gently through the hands into the floor. Position your head so that your nose is pointing directly at the floor. Imagine the rectangle created between your shoulders and hips as a table top.
Movement: Maintaining your "table top", press your fingertips on one side out away from the heel on the opposite side.
