Superman Hovering Heel Press (JEMS)

Start: Place hands directly under shoulders, and knees directly under hips. Press gently through the hands into the floor. Position your head so that your nose is pointing directly at the floor. Imagine the rectangle created between your shoulders and hips as a table top.
Movement: Lift your knees from the floor. Maintaining your "table top", press out behind you with one heel.
