Supine ankle dorsiflexion strengthening ‘gas pedal’ – Modified BRRM ('Modified BRRM' "Gas pedal" Ankle dorsiflexion strengthening, supine)

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand at your feet facing towards you, with one of their hands on top of your affected foot and their other hand on the sole of your other foot.
Keeping your knees straight, pull the toes of your affected foot up against your assistants resistance whilst simultaneously pointing your toes of the other foot.
You will move through the water 180 degrees as your helper guides your movement.
Return to the starting position and repeat.

Required equipment: Float - noodle, Assistant, Inflatable ring - small, Buoyancy collar
