Supine assisted bi-lateral shoulder abduction stretch DA (Shoulder abduction drag assisted, with noodle (bilateral), with assistant, supine)
Lie on your back in the water with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Hold a noodle in each hand with your arms out to your sides.
Ask an assistant to stand behind your head.
Your assistant will then push you through the water, leading with your feet before gently pulling on the noodles to further stretch your arms above your head.
Return to the start position and repeat.
Required equipment: Float - noodle, Assistant, Buoyancy collar
