Supine assisted knee flexion on stability ball
You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with your feet on a stability ball. Your assistant will hold your feet in place on the ball.
Roll the ball in towards your buttocks and then roll it back away, straightening out your legs as you do so.
Your tail bone may roll off the floor a little as you roll the ball in.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Ball - large, Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
