Supine bilateral shoulder abduction/adduction BC (Shoulder abduction/adduction, buoyancy counterbalanced (bilateral), supine)
Lie on your back with your feet supported under the wall bar and a noodle under your hips.
Rest your head back into the water and keep your body flat.
With your palms facing up, slowly take your arms out to the side.
Reach above your head keeping your arms on the surface of the water.
Go as far as you can manage comfortably.
Return your arms to your side.
