Supine cervical side flexion BC (Cervical side bending buoyancy counterbalanced, supine on floats)

Lie on your back with your feet supported under the wall bar and a noodle under your hips.
Rest your head back into the water and keep your body flat.
Slowly drop your ear towards your shoulder whilst looking up to the ceiling.
Repeat to the other side.
