Supine Chest Fly (Pectoralis)

Start by lying on the machine. Put your elbows under the levers, with the shoulders at 90°. Lift your arms up and bring them together over your body.

Avoid an arched low back by keeping your stomach tight.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
