Supine elbow flexion with dumbbell

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, arms by your sides. Hold a dumbbell in one hand.

Bend your elbow and bring the weight towards your shoulder with palm facing towards your shoulder. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
