Supine flutter kicks - version 2

Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Place your hands on the floor by your side for stability.
Lift your legs off the floor and begin flutter kicks as if you were swimming in a pool.
Keep your chin tucked in throughout this exercise, and your knees straight.
Control the position of your core throughout this movement.
