Supine fly on stability ball - weight ("Chest fly" Pectoralis strengthening, with dumbbell, supine on stability ball; 03)
Roll back onto a stability ball, holding a weight in both hands.
Reach the weights directly up to the ceiling.
Lower your arms slowly out to the side, keeping a small bend in your elbows.
Once your arms are horizontal reverse the movement bringing your arms back up towards the ceiling.
