Supine hip internal rotation stretch
Lay down or sit on the floor with legs outstretched.
Lift one leg so that knee is bent and foot is flat on the floor.
Rotate this leg in towards your opposite leg until a stretch is felt in your hip.
Try to keep your body from rolling with your leg during this movement.
Hold for the required amount of time and then return to the starting position.
