Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Use a pillow under your head, if needed.
Place one hand on the side of your head and simultaneously press your hand into your head and head sideways into your hand.
Hold for a moment and then relax.
Repeat towards the opposite side using the opposite side hand.
Hold for a moment and then relax.
Then place your hand on your forehead and simultaneously press your hand into your head and head upwards into your hand.
Hold for a moment and then relax.
Finally place your arm by your sides and press the back of your head backwards against the floor or pillow, if using one.
