Supine Isometric Shoulder Flexion in 90°

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Keeping your elbow straight, lift your arm (to approximately shoulder height). Placing your other hand on the front of your upper arm, resist the movement. Hold for the specified duration, then relax.
