Supine knee extension (cast)

Lie on your back with legs outstretched.
Bend one leg in towards you so that your hip is bent to a 90 degree angle.
Interlace your fingers behind the thigh to firmly hold you leg and straighten out your knee.
You will feel a stretch behind your thigh.
Hold briefly and then allow your knee to flex back to the starting position.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
