You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a noodle under your hips and your hands behind your head.
Place both of your legs into the same inflatable ring.
Ask your assistant to stand behind your head facing towards your body.
Your assistant shall position one of their hands on top of one of your elbows and the other at the back of your other elbow.
Push into your assistant's resistance with your elbows as you drag your legs through the water leading with your toes.
Your helper shall switch their hand positions over for you to repeat in the other direction.
