Ask them to kneel down beside you.
Sit on the peanut ball with both legs on the same side and your feet on the floor.
Slowly walk your feet forwards and allow the ball to roll onto your back.
Lean backwards as you continue to walk your feet forwards.
Keep walking until your shoulders are over the ball.
If you feel able to let your head rest further backwards onto the ball so that you are looking up at the ceiling.
