Supine passive lumbar flexion stretch (Trunk flexion AAROM, tucking legs, supine near pool wall)

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back in the corner of the pool.
Hold onto the wall with each of your hands.
Ask your assistant to stand alongside your upper thigh.
Your assistant shall then assist you in tucking your knees in towards your chest.
Return to the start position and repeat.
