Supine Resisted Shoulder Internal Rotation

Start by laying on your back, holding a resistance band in your hand, with your shoulder and elbow both at 90 degrees.
Move your hand and arm forwards / downwards towards the floor.
Control the movement as you bring your hand and arm backwards / upwards towards ear.
