Supine shoulder flexion - 90 to 180 ("Latissimus pullover" Shoulder extension strengthening eccentric, supine)

Lie on your back and lift your weaker arm off of the bed and raise it directly upwards.
Hold this position, before slowly lowering your arm back above your head.
Keep your back and neck muscles relaxed throughout the exercise.
