Supine shoulder internal rotation with resistance band
Lie on your back with your upper arm next to your body and your elbow at a right angle with your hand out to the side. Secure one end of a resistance band to something on the same side and hold the other end in your hand.
Keep your elbow close to the body and bring the hand up towards the abdomen. In a controlled manner return to starting position.
