Supine table top to SLR
Lie on your back with your knees bent and abdominals tightened.
Lift one leg off the ground.
Bend one leg to 90 degrees then straighten the leg out.
Return to the start position.
Repeat with the other leg.
To increase difficulty, make circles with your straight leg.
Do not allow your pelvis to move.
