Supported shoulder external rotation and elbow flexion/extension in sitting (Elbow flexion/extension AAROM, sitting palm down on towel)
Sit upright in a chair in front of a table.
Put a sheet or a towel on the table.
Place your weaker arm away from you on top of the towel.
Keeping your body still straighten your elbow by sliding the towel on the table.
Bend your elbow back towards your body, sliding on the towel.
