Supported Shoulder Internal and External Rotation

Sit on a chair with your elbow bent and forearm supported out to the side on a table (palm facing inward). Use a folded towel under the forearm. Keep your spine effortlessly elongated and maintain width across your collar bones.

Rotate your arm outward and inward. Use full range of motion.
