Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.
Start in standing and facing away from the anchor point and with your arms straight hold both handles in front of you. Lean slightly forwards, until your arms are approximately at shoulder level (palms downwards).
Take a long step forward with one leg and with the same side hand reach towards the rear leg. Lift the rear leg side arm upwards. On the rear leg side, feel a stretch in anterior hip and side. Step back to starting position and repeat to other side.
