Suspension Back Stretch

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.

Start in standing and facing towards the anchor point and hold both handles in front of you. Lean back, keeping your body in a straight line, so that your arms straighten to shoulder level.

Squat down and let your back round. Lower your head between your arms and turn from side to side. Feel the stretch in your back and sides.
